Kingbilly

Kingbilly - 9:00 pm
Kingbilly is greater than the sum of its parts. Once a unit coagulates it needs a mentor and means. Enter Trey Bruce, a writer and producer of Trace Adkins, Rebecca Lynn Howard & Trick Pony. Albeit a diamond in the rough, Trey saw the shiny parts below the layers of coal and signed Kingbilly to BillyClub/Chrysalis Music Publishing. He has coached their writing, their performance and band cohesion since that time. Which has resulted in them record the first 20 or so songs. The sound is more pro but hardly slick. The members of this rawkin’ band are Donny Fallgatter, Kevin Weaver, Charlie Worsham, Josh Matheny, Matt Utterback and John Osborne. With everyone under 25 you can imagine the raucous outlook on lives lived that is reflected in their distinct brand of rockin’ country reaching out to the guys and girls side of things. Kingbilly are next in line for great things on the local music scene. www.myspace.com/kingbillyband
