Terri Clark

Terri Clark
Terri Clark's multitude of fans will be somewhat surprised and pleasantly so - when they hear her new Mercury CD,Fearless. Five years after her recording debut, the Canadian singer/songwriter follows a natural musical progression, resulting in a well-rounded project that represents the artist she is today. "No Fear", one of the two songs she wrote with Mary Chapin Carpenter, leads off the CD and primes the ear for the 11 captivating songs that follow. "Fearlessis the most personal album I've ever made, and the most honest thing my fans have ever heard from me" says Clark. Terri co-wrote eight of the 12 cuts with noted tunesmiths Chapin, Gary Burr, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Angelo and Annie Roboff.

Pat Green

Pat Green
Green, who had never played a guitar until he set foot on Texas Tech campus, quickly gathered a loyal following as he played all the clubs and bars in Lubbock. He soon became the first choice to open for the big acts that came to through town. It wasn't long before it became evident that Green was going to do just fine as a headliner. Although it has been a long trip to the top, the ever-evolving career of Pat Green continues to flourish. Pat gives a great deal of credit for the tremendous success of all his albums to producer Lloyd Maines. This star has come to stay for a while and the future of Texas music has found a safe home on the broad shoulders of Pat Green.

Walt Wilkins

Walt Wilkins
Walt Wilkins has one of those wonderful gifts of being able to see a situation from a totally unique perspective and then write a song about it in a way that is commercially viable and full of artistic integrity. A rare gift indeed. Raised in the sun of San Antonio, Austin and Honolulu, Wilkins is a troubadour of the Guy Clark and Kris Kristofferson tradition. His GrooveTone release Fire, Honey and Angelshas garnered rave reviews and the song "Ruby's 2 Sad Daughters" is a classic. He is currently a staff writer at Curb Music and scored the title track to Ty Herndon's Big Hopes CD. Walt Wilkins is the heir apparent of the Texas songwriter's crown.

Roundingout pinmonkey is Rick Schell, a soprano singing drummer who has recorded and performed with Steve Earle, Allison Moorer, Chris Knight and many others. Along the often barren dusty highway of today's musical landscape, Pinmonkey stands alone as a truly sweet oasis.
